faulty parts which have been replaced by Gateway must be returned within 14
days unless specified in writing by Gateway. Refer to the documentation
provided on the side of the replacement part box or inside the packaging for
return instructions.
- Always make sure that a support reference number is on the
shipping label when sending equipment to Gateway.

the Parts Recovery Department if you have any questions relating to returning
a part.
